Delivery and next steps
Physical delivery is within India, with ₹50 shipping per order. Certificate-only options do not include a token. After successful payment, your order appears in your customer account. The team reviews required inputs and eligibility, then confirms the delivery schedule. Platform, government and certificate-issuer decisions are not guaranteed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents through the public enquiry form.
Dispatch availability, token compatibility, shipping charge and delivery estimate are confirmed for the India delivery PIN code before payment. Product images are illustrative, not a guaranteed hardware model.
Do not send OTPs, private keys, token PINs or identity documents in a public enquiry. Applicant verification follows the authorized issuer’s process.
