Returns Policy
Digital work, issued certificates and physical USB tokens need different handling. Confirm the exact item and order terms before payment.

This policy addresses physical USB cryptographic tokens if physical supply is explicitly included in your agreed order. The catalog distinguishes a token-only option, certificate and renewal services, and named certificate-plus-token packages. An illustrative website image does not identify the actual token make or model supplied.
Confirm before ordering
Physical token delivery is within India at ₹50 per order. Provide an accurate delivery address and confirm compatibility and any certificate requirements before dispatch. Dispatch estimates, warranty arrangements and the applicable return process are confirmed for the supplied item. Certificate-only and renewal packages do not automatically include a new token.
Digital certificates and service work
A digital certificate or completed service cannot be physically returned. If there is an issuance, renewal or delivery issue, email contact@yourstoretech.com so the agreed work and relevant certifying-authority process can be reviewed. See the Refund Policy for payment-related requests.
Damaged, incorrect or non-working tokens
Report the issue promptly with the order reference, a description of the fault and photographs of the item or packaging where useful. Do not send your token PIN, private key, OTP or unnecessary identity information. We will confirm the checks and proposed return, replacement or other resolution under the agreed terms and applicable law.
Return authorization and shipping
Contact contact@yourstoretech.com before sending an item. We will provide the appropriate return address, authorization instructions and confirmation of any shipping arrangements for the specific case. The business location shown on the website is not an automatic return address.
Sensitive certificate material
A token may hold sensitive certificate material. Do not send it to an unverified address. Follow the relevant certifying authority's instructions concerning certificate security and any required revocation or handling before a return. YourStoreTech will not ask you to disclose a private key or token PIN in the enquiry form.
Return windows and mandatory rights
The applicable return window, item condition requirements and warranty process must be confirmed for the actual token before payment. No additional change-of-mind restriction or shipping charge is created by this general page. Mandatory rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
