Delivery and next steps
Physical delivery is within India, with ₹50 shipping per order. Certificate-only options do not include a token. After successful payment, your order appears in your customer account. The team reviews required inputs and eligibility, then confirms the delivery schedule. Platform, government and certificate-issuer decisions are not guaranteed. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents through the public enquiry form.
